WINEMAKING:

Soft pressing of whole grapes, followed by clarification and filtration of the must before low temperature fermentation in autoclaves.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Straw yellow leaning towards a golden colour, with an intense, thick and fragrant bouquet. Sweet on the palate, maintaining the typical aroma of the grape with persistent and pleasant sensations.

PAIRINGS:

A perfect sparkling wine to brighten up any moment of the day, unequalled in its combination with traditional desserts like panettone, pandoro and colomba pasquale, as well as with all almond and hazelnut based recipes. Excellent with fruit and ice cream.
